11 Jul 2018‘Business Practice Turkey’ workshop by Grant Thornton Germany and Dusseldorf Chamber of Commerce was held succesfully on 11 July 2018. The opening speech was done by Frank Kaiser, The Board Member of German Chamber of Commerce in Turkey. The main theme of the workshop was the investment environment in Turkey. Kaiser’s speech was about the inbound investment to Turkey, increasing number of patent applications and general economic environment. After the presentation of Mr Kaiser, Dr Levent Bilgi presented about the economic environment and commercial law practices in Turkey.
In the workshop, through which the differences between Turkish and German tax regulations was presented by Paul Forst, Senior Partner of Grant Thornton Germany Tax Services, the road map for German companies who plan to invest in Turkey, was also shared. Our Managing Partner Emin Taylan presented the most important topics to consider before investing into Turkey.
