Graduated from Atatürk University in 2004, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. Subsequently, he served as a tax auditor in international auditing and financial consultancy companies until 2009 when he joined Grant Thornton. Having achieved certification as a certified public accountant in 2009, he obtained an Independent Audit License for Capital Markets in 2011 and an independent auditor certificate in 2013 from the Public Oversight, Accounting, and Auditing Standards Authority. In 2024, he received Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant Certificate.
His expertise spans tax legislation, tax audit, financial due diligence, company restructuring, transfer pricing, value-added tax refund processes, mergers & demergers, and legal entity transformations under the Turkish Commercial Code. Additionally, he possesses knowledge in investment incentives, R&D legislation, and Inflation Accounting.
