Şükran Uçar completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration.
She began her career in 2003 as a tax assistant in the Full Certification and Tax Consultancy Department at Mazars Denge. Between 2006 and 2018, she continued her career at Erdikler Taxand Tax Department, holding various positions as senior, manager, director and partner.
Since 2019, she served as a director in the Tax Department of KPMG Türkiye for approximately four years. As of November 2022, she joined Grant Thornton Türkiye. She primarily focuses on full certification services and has worked in various fields such as tax consultancy, M&A projects, R&D and investment incentive services, and transfer pricing.
She has extensive experience in investment incentive applications, R&D legislation, and inflation accounting. She holds the title of Independent Auditor and Certified Public Accountant (SMMM).
